Thank you and congratulations to all of the performers who took part in the soloists’ concert on Monday evening. The concert was dedicated to Stephanie Cave. Stephanie was a student at Sutton Girls between 2008 and 2014. She made a tremendous contribution to many aspects of school life, particularly to activities within the Music department. Stephanie’s parents have donated an annual award to the school, The Stephanie Cave Extra Mile Award for students that go ‘the extra mile’ for the benefit of other students in school. This year’s winner is Ellie Fishwick in Year 13 to recognise her support of younger students in the Music Department throughout her time at school.

The concert raised £168 which will be used to support charities and projects in protecting the lives and mental well-being of young people.
