Satchel:One

To access Satchel:One, please click here.

If you have not registered:

  1. Request a "Parent Code" from school.  This allows you to link children to your account.  You will need a code per child.
  2. Download the SatchelOne app from either the App Store (for Apple devices) or Play Store (for Android devices).
  3. Enter the supplied code into the "PIN or Parent Code" box.  (You may need to search for the school name first).

If you wish to add another child to an existing account:

  1. Request a "Parent Code" from school if you do not already have one.
  2. Sign in to the SatchelOne app.
  3. Go to "Settings" (you will see a settings icon within the app when logged in).
  4. Go to "Student Management".
  5. Click the "+" in the top right-hand corner.
  6. Enter the Parent Code.
  7. All children should now be selectable within the app.

SchoolComms/School Gateway

In order to access School Gateway, you must first download the School Gateway app from either the App Store (for Apple devices) or Play Store (for Android devices).

Common queries:

  1. If you have forgotten your PIN.
    • On the School Gateway login, click on Forgotten PIN
    • Enter the email address and mobile number that is registered with school.
    • You should now receive a PIN via text message.
    • Enter this PIN number on the logon page
  2. My account has been locked.
    • Wait an hour, and then on the School Gateway login screen, click on Forgotten PIN and follow the steps in (1) above.
    • If your account has been locked for 24 hours, please contact the school.
  3. I am unable to access School Gateway 'Details don't match error'.
    • Please contact school and ensure that we have the same email and mobile number you are using to log in to School Gateway.
  4. If I have already registered, do I need to re-register at school?
    • You do not need to re-register, you just need to ensure that both schools have the same email and mobile telephone number recorded for you.
      • You can check these details by clicking on the "person" icon at the bottom of the page within the app (the third symbol from the left).  This will show you what details are registered.
