Chemistry

At Sutton Girls, the Chemistry department is dedicated to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the chemical sciences amongst our students. We aim to inspire curiosity and critical thinking through engaging lessons which are supported with practical work wherever possible. Our curriculum is designed to empower young women to explore their interests in Chemistry and develop analytical skills which they will be able to apply beyond school. We strive to equip our students with the knowledge and confidence to pursue further studies and careers in STEM fields, ultimately contributing to a more diverse scientific community.
